In celebration of Centenary of the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce), the world business organization is pleased to announce the publication of Incoterms® 2020 on September 10, 2019. The newest edition of the Incoterms® rules, which came into force on 1 January 2020.

After that, on 24 of September 2019 the ICC Ukraine presented Bilingual (English-Ukrainian version) of ICC publication No. 723UK “Incoterms® 2020. ICC rules for the use of domestic and international trade terms”. Along with the Bilingual publication ICC Ukraine presented to Ukrainian business the Official Website of the Incoterms® 2020 in Ukraine.

WHO IS ORGANIZER OF THE WEBINAR?


ICC Ukraine in association with the Association of Exporters and Importers will organize the FIRST OFFICIAL Webinar concerning the introduction of Incoterms® 2020 rules in Ukraine: “New edition of the Incoterms® 2020 rules. What terms of delivery for export and import will come into force from 1st of January 2020?”


WHO IS THE SPEAKER OF THE WEBINAR?

Mr. Mykola LARIN  

Head of Council of the Association of Exporters and Importers, Expert on International Trade, the only ICC Registered Trainer of Incoterms® 2020 in Ukraine. He completed the specialized training course for National Committee`s Trainers and successfully passed the exam.

Member of the ICC Ukraine Working Group on translation and implementation of the new edition of the Incoterms® 2020 rules into Ukrainian language.

Translator of many others of the ICC official publications in the field of International Trade, including Incoterms® 2010 rules and ICC Guide to Incoterms® 2010.
