TRADE POLICY

Effective as of August 1, 2019

MAKING ORDERS

Ordering any service on the Platform, means acceptance by the buyer of this Trade Policy, as well as the terms of the seller’s contract for the Service to be acquired.

To make an order on the Platform you must be the registered users.

PRICES

The cost of participation and attendance of events is always different from event to event and is determined by the Event Organisers.

Some Organisers may provide participation or attendance discounts at their events. The size of discounts, as well as the conditions for their receipt, are also determined by the Event Organisers.

The event Organiser may offer the buyer of services a different duration of participation or attendance at events: 3 months, 6 months or 9 months.

PAYMENTS

The User can make a payment using a bank card, e-banking, electronic money or direct bank transfer.

Participation payment is made on the basis of an contract between the Organiser and the exhibitor (public offer) and the provision of consent by the buyer to the processing of his personal data.

The visit is paid based on the invoice issued by the Organiser after the buyer gives consent to the processing of his personal data.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

The participant has the right to refuse from further participation at any time, and the visitor from the further visit of the event prior informing the Organiser of the event.

If the exhibitor/visitor refuses to participate/visit before the event, the Organiser will reimburse such exhibitor/visitor 100% of the paid money.

If the exhibitor/visitor refuses to participate/visit after the start of the event, the money is not refunded.
